Revolution Win the Capital Cup

The Georgia Revolution ended their inaugural season with a thrilling 2-1 win over the Atlanta Silverbacks Reserves to win the first annual Capital Cup. After going 1-0 down in the first half, the Revs bounced back as forward Jumol Harewood was taken down in the box and converted the ensuing penalty kick. Harewood struck again later in the half on a breakaway from about 15 yards out.

The Revolution finish the season as co-champions of the Southeast Conference of the NPSL with a record of 6 wins 2 losses and 3 draws.
